The Down & Dirty Paint Correction Process.

Whether you drive a 14 year old vehicle or a brand new Corvette, we use the same process to wash, prep, and finish the surface of your vehicle to deliver great results.

Here is a general breakdown of what the service includes:

Clean wheels, tires, and fenders: The detail starts with an in depth cleaning of the face of the wheels and the barrels along with the tires, and wheel wells.

Gentle foam hand wash: Your vehicle will get a lubricating layer of foam and hand wash, at the same time we clean the jambs, gas cap, emblems, and remove bugs.

Chemically remove paint contaminants: to ensure a clean surface we will use an iron remover to remove iron particles and any other metals stuck in your paint.

Clay bar treatment: depending on the condition of your paint we will use a variety of different types of clay material to remove contaminants(overspray, general dirt, etc.)

Tape off sensitive areas: taping off sensitive material like rubber trim, and plastic trim we will prevent the polish from staining and or dust sticking to it.

Step 1: Compound Phase(if needed): the first step to any paint correction is our compound phase which is going to remove the majority of scratches and swirls with a combination of a machine, compound, and compounding pad(wool or foam).

Step 2: Polish Phase: this step is going to improve clarity by removing any micro-marring that the compound phase might have left behind, restoring your vehicles shine.

Prep wipe down: this step is very important, it will reveal the true condition of the paint and remove polishing residues, it will also allow the protection of your choice to adhere to your vehicles paint making it last.

Apply paint protection: based on your choice of protection, we will apply either a wax, sealant, or durable ceramic coating.

Dress tires, plastic, and trim: to give your vehicle that extra glam, we will protect your trim and tires with our non-greasy durable protection.

Clean exterior windows: we will complete the detail with streak free cleaning of your windows

Final touch ups: by doing a final walk around and touch up of your vehicle we set apart ourselves from places like your local car wash, who could care less about your finish, and makes our process take a lot longer giving you more clarity to your vehicles final condition than what a car wash could ever get close to.
