opting in for our Monthly Vehicle Maintenance is a smart choice for keeping your vehicle in tip top shape. With regular care, your vehicle stays protected from corrosion, oxidation, bird poop etching, tar and sap etching, maintains its shine, and delivers a polished, well maintained look that lasts all year round!
Cancellation Policy
>More than 48 hours notice- no fee >24-48 hours: $50 fee >12-24 hours: 50% of service cost, up to $250 fee >Less than 12 hours notice: 100% of service amount, up to $250 fee >No call/No Show: 100% of service amount, up to $250 fee note: Down & Dirty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. This cancellation policy also applies to gift certificate appointments. Any cancellation or missed appointment fees will be charged to the card on file.
